By replacing the standard T-nut of BR/BRT, the repeatability of jaw position when replacing jaws is improved to 0.01mm T.I.R. ^Note), eliminating the need of reforming jaws.
Note) BR/BRT12 only has 0.015mm T.I.R.

Even higher accuracy can be achieved by using the optional special T-nut.

By using Tnut-Plus, there is no need to reform the jaws, and the gripping accuracy after detaching and attaching the jaws is 0.01mm T.I.R. or less. ^{Note 1)}

Note 1) For BR/BRT12, the gripping accuracy is 0.015mm T.I.R.

Needless of reforming after jaw replacement greatly reduces setup time.

Because the repeatability of jaw installation is exreamly high, expensive special jaws are not required.

T-8 is the bolt diameter for soft jaw mounting.
